Tons of people have been asking me about how the race went last week; my response (other than, "check the blog") has been something along the lines of, "we survived".

Got asked the other day after the MTB race why I was always getting banged up and I told the questioner that it was because I was trying to push my edges out and doing so was going to mean some discomfort.
